A credit card number is required at the time of registration for each applicant. At the time of acceptance, your card will be charged the $200 deposit per camper. If the applicant does not get accepted, your card will not be charged. We do not refund deposits after November 1st. After June 1st, we do not issue credit or refund of any payment even in the case of late arrival, withdrawal, early departure, or absence.
The deposit will be applied to the total camp fee.
If at the time of acceptance, the card is not valid or does not go through, the applicant will not be accepted until a valid $200 payment is made. The slot will not be reserved until we receive the payment.
Camp Scholarships are only determined after acceptance.
